Edit Individual or GPCF Permit
Effective Date in the Future
Overview
ICIS requires all facilities that discharge pollutants into United States waters from any point source to obtain a Permit. The Permit defines the facility’s allowable discharge, establishes the monitoring and reporting requirements, and identifies any other conditions the Permittee must meet to remain in compliance.
The purpose of Permit Basic Information is to capture overall information about the Permit, for example: NPDES ID, Permittee (for Individual Permits), and General Permit Industrial Category (for Master General Permits). Entering the Basic Information for a Permit establishes a Permit record in ICIS.
This screen allows the user to edit Permit information.
